Students who will complete an internship during the summer of 2009 in an unpaid (or travel-stipend only) Washington DC position may apply for a scholarship provided through the generosity of alumni in the Washington DC area. . The award is intended to aid in the payment of tuition for the internship and/or defray living expenses for the summer experience. Applications are now available at /sacl/careers/docs/DCApp/ and are due on March 20.

Students who will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors in fall 2009 with a GPA of at least 3.0 and good judicial standing are eligible to apply. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need for the 2009-10 school year, as determined through their financial aid documentation.
