Emerson Summer Internship Grant

For senior or rising senior Communications major:  

One Emerson grant will be provided to one Park School of Communications senior for $3,000 to support a summer internship of at least one credit.

The Emerson Internship Program is made possible through the generosity of the Emerson Foundation, which provides Emerson Scholarships at Ithaca College.

Criteria:

•  Proven financial need as established by the Ithaca College Office of Financial Aid.
•  The quality and academic/career relevance of the internship.  
   (Please note: You must have an internship set up; this award does not provide you with an internship.)
•  Good academic standing.

Procedures:

Apply by April 19, 2013  with the School of Communications c/o Virginia Mansfield-Richardson, Associate Dean vmansfield@ithaca.edu,or fax 607-274-1108 with:

•  Your name, contact information, major(s), minor(s), GPA and number of credits for this summer internship.
•  A description of your planned summer internship including:
   Name of organization with location,
   Name of your supervisor, 
   Your activities at the internship
   Your start and end dates 
   Academic / career relevance of this internship
•  Resume
