You will find the application forms and instructions at right. Ithaca College students can also pick up an application in the Park School Dean's office.

Ithaca College Students: 

• Download the Instructions, Forms and Cover.
• Complete the application forms.
• Attach the cover page and submit all materials to the Park School Dean's office by Friday, February 17 at 4:00pm.

Non-Ithaca College Students:

• Download the Instructions and Forms.
• Complete all relevant application forms and submit to the ICLA Program office by the appropriate deadlines found in the instruction materials.
