ECHO Scholarship Awarded to Jennifer Burgess and Tyra Mazzer
Each year Marketing EDGE offers programs to give students the opportunity to immerse themselves in real world marketing. One of these programs, the Collegiate ECHO Marketing Challenge, provides an opportunity for college students studying marketing to compete and work on a marketing assignment for a major corporation. The top three entries in the competition are awarded a grant designated towards scholarship for deserving students. Last spring, Ithaca College placed third nationally and was able to offer two students a scholarship.
This year's recipients, Jennifer Burgess and Tyra Mazzer, possess a genuine interest in the advertising and marketing industry, have maintained strong academic records, and will graduate in May 2015.
