"In this role, I am actually the voice of the customer. Through interviews and
research I develop insights about what customers want and need. Then I work with web
designers and site architects to help Zentropy build customer-centric web sites. Clients
include Microsoft, GM and Avery. CMD introduced me to social research, information
design, and web technology. I was rarely bored as professors used real life scenarios to
ground classroom theory. As a result, I developed strong problem solving and critical
thinking skills, both of which are essential in today's business world."
