"While studying for my Master's, I am working as a graduate assistant technology
coach. My love for the ADDIE design process guided me to this program for advanced study
in instructional design, organizational performance, and consulting. My education in the
CMD program provided me with a background that puts me ahead of other students in this
field. After I graduate, I hope to be an instructional software designer and performance
consultant."
