Recognition for the Ithacan

Student newspaper and website

In 2008 and for the third time in four years, the Ithacan, IC's student newspaper, won the Associated Collegiate Press (ACP) Pacemaker Award. It was also the third year in a row that the Ithacan website was honored with the Online Pacemaker Award. Widely regarded as the "Pulitzer Prize of collegiate journalism," the Pacemaker is the highest honor bestowed by the ACP.
