As Lead Connected Customer Specialist at GM, Ara Eckel coaches, manages, and trains GM employees and customers on new technology within their automobiles. He manages a team of four that covers the entire northeast spanning from Washington, D.C. through Pennsylvania, New York State and New England. He also provides training to 800+ GM certified dealers.
