In Interactive Multimedia, students are required to plan, design, develop, evaluate, and revise two multimedia pieces.
The students have the choice of creating a computer or web-based instructional module, website, animated story, or advertisements.
Demonstrations of software and examples of projects are presented to students.
The learning environment is an open dialogue between the professor and students.
Graduate teaching assistants provide additional hands-on help in the computer lab in and outside class.
Students become very focused on designing and creating professional projects.
The professor teaches theories and principles of graphic design, screen lay-out, and computer-based instruction in order to support the students as they create their projects.
