"Making the decision to graduate a semester early was kind of risky and I was sad to say goodbye to Ithaca College. I didn't know what it would mean for finding a job as the new year started, but despite how nervous I was I didn't regret my decision. At the end of January I applied to the brand new trainee program at 360i in NYC and within the hour of applying I was offered an interview. When I met my first of six interviewers, she said, 'So, you went to Ithaca College? That's a great school!' After hearing her praise, I immediately felt confident and was thrilled to share with her my experiences as an Integrated Marketing Communications major. I shared stories from a wide variety of communication and business school courses, group projects, student organizations, and internships. The Park School's emphasis to gain experience from the beginning encouraged me to participate in 5 internships during my time at Ithaca and I strongly believe that helped me stand out. My great education and experiences definitely helped me to get where I am today and I believe my passion and enthusiasm for the industry, which was sparked at Ithaca College, will help me succeed now and in the future."
