Rutgers-New Brunswick is sponsoring the 42nd NEW JERSEY COLLEGIATE CAREER DAY on May 29, 2008. The event has over 200 employers with full-time jobs and internships and is open to all college students and graduates of any school.

Passport Winner and Career Services Staff
Career Services is pleased to congratulate Senior, Amanda Goldsmith, our 2008 "Passport To Your Future" grand prize winner! She was awarded a laptop computer thanks to the generosity of the Ithaca College Alumni Association.

Over 1,600 students participated in the program this year and took advantage of the services, events, programs and opportunities offered by our office. While Amanda was the big winner this year, we congratulate you on taking the steps to create your future!

The CBORD Group, Inc. is the world leader in food, nutrition, and auxiliary services management systems.  They serve the needs of 5,000 organizations which include colleges, corporations, healthcare, chain restaurants and supermarkets in the US, Canada and Australia. 

The CBORD Group, Inc. will be conducting interviews on campus on April 28th for Technical Support Specialists.  The Technical Support Specialists in these positions provide installation, training, and telephone support for CBORD software systems.  Some positions require travel up to 50% of the time.

Career Services is pleased to announce that Ithaca alumnus, Don Smith, will visit campus on Thursday, April 17, to conduct information sessions about Aclipse. Aclipse offers english teaching positions in Korea and other parts of Asia.

All community members are invited to learn more about these opportunities.

    Date: Thursday, April 17
    Time: 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
    Where: Cayuga Lake Room, Campus Center

Don will be offering interested students the opportunity to interview the following day.
