Get Off the Couch and Onto the Stage with an XBox Extravaganza!

The Office of Campus Center and Event Services is pleased to offer a unique event experience where you and your friends, co-workers, team members, and colleagues get to take the stage and rock the house with XBox Rock Band 2 (and other games).  Rock out on the stage with concert lighting, watch it happen on a monster screen, and enjoy the killer sound through the house sound system. 

Package #1 - $150*

A two-hour session in the Emerson Suites, including:

  • XBox 360 rental
  • Rock Band game rental (with instruments)
  • Stage
  • Concert lighting
  • House sound system
  • 12’ x 16’ screen
  • Soft furniture seating
  • On-site technical support

*$25 each additional hour

*15-25 people

 

Package #2 - $230*

A two-hour session, in the Emerson Suites with refreshments including:

  • Wings-n-Things buffet package for 15 people
  • XBox 360 rental
  • Rock Band game rental (with instruments)
  • Stage
  • Concert lighting
  • House sound system
  • 12’ x 16’ screen
  • Soft furniture seating
  • On-site technical support

Package #3 - $55*

A two-hour session, in the Clark or Kingenstein Lounge including:

  • XBox 360 rental
  • Rock Band game rental (with instruments)
  • Ambient lighting
  • House sound system
  • 8' x 6' screen
  • Soft furniture seating
  • On-site technical support

*15 people 

 

Package #4 - $120*

A two-hour session, in the Clark or Kingenstein Lounge with refreshments including:
