Jumpstart Program

JUMPSTART into your fall semester at Ithaca College by applying to become part of the Jumpstart tradition!

New and transfer students may apply to take part in one of four specially designed pre-semester programs that will help them transition into the Ithaca College experience:

• Community Plunge
• ECHO (Experiencing Connections by Heading Outdoors)
• Lead-In
• The GREEN Tour (Gardening, Recycling, Eating, Enjoying Nature)

Each program has a different focus, and selected participants will take part in activities and exercises centered on those themes. Please review the short program descriptions for more information.
