Transfer Student Summer Orientation

Transfer orientation, the first step in your transition to Ithaca College, will allow you the opportunity to meet your peers and ease the transition into a new college environment. During orientation you will not only meet other students in your class, hear from various offices from across campus, eat in an on-campus dining facility, but you will also meet with a summer adviser to complete your fall class schedule.

 

Transfer Program Update:
All transfer students should plan on attending Mandatory Transfer Orientation on Monday, June 17.  This year we are offering an extended orientation program for transfer students seeking a more traditional orientation experience. Happening the day before Mandatory Transfer Orientation, students will be able to experience the campus residential facilities, eat in the campus dining halls, and meet their peers outside the orientation rush!  

 

  • Extended Orientation Program: Sunday, June 16
    Sunday is an optional overnight program for those interested in a more traditional orientation experience.  Students can sign up for this program through their myIthaca account.
     
  • Mandatory Transfer Orientation: Monday, June 17
    All transfer students need to sign-up for the Monday, June 20 orientation session through their myIthaca account.
