The first-year cabaret is student written, directed, produced, choreographed, and performed. Threads of Hope: The Chilean Arpillera Movement
Chilean arpillera from the collection of Dr. Marjorie Agosí'n, Latina author, activist, and professor of Spanish at Wellesley College. Arpillera are small hand sewn and embroidered/embellished tapestries, created by women, most of whose relatives were among those listed as detained/disappeared during the military dictatorship in Chile.
