Ithaca Student Health 101 is a free, e-magazine covering a variety of college wellness topics including stress, sleep, nutrition and fitness, alcohol use, sexuality, and more! The articles and videos contained in Ithaca Student Health 101 change every month.
Ithaca Student Health 101 is co-sponsored by the Center for Health Promotion, the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education, and the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life at Ithaca College.
