The OMA Family Weekly is the new e-mail advertising service from OMA. It will be sent to the ALANA listserves and posted to the OMA website on Thursday afternoons each week, beginning in the spring 2009 semester. In order to have an event, program, announcement, or notice sent, all information would be sent to Nansa Brown by e-mail nbrown@ithaca.edu by Wednesday, 4PM. Any announcements received after 4PM, Wednesday, will go out the following week.

The newsletter will be formatted in date order with only the basics:
WHEN (date/time)
WHAT the event is
WHO is sponsoring it/who is the contact person
WHERE the event is
A brief one-two sentence description of the event (additional details will go on the web-based version of the weekly.)
