Anything my Mom makes - especially her apple pie and sugar cookies!

What is one food you could never give up?
PIZZA! As a college student, it’s a staple of my diet.

Why did you choose your major?
I liked the structure and balance between business and creativity. You can go into marketing or public relations or a work at a smaller company. There are many paths and opportunities with this major. The skills I’ve learned are applicable across many venues.

What motivated you to apply to become an SLC?
When I saw the advertisement for the position, I thought it would compliment my major. I worked as an August Orientation Leader which gave me a sampling of working in OSEMA. I also attended the Women in Leadership conference and participated in many Service Saturdays all programs provided by OSEMA.

What is your favorite OSEMA related event you participated in? Why?
My favorite OSEMA event I participated in is Leadership Weekend. I attended it my sophomore year. I thought of the SLC’s (Student Leadership Consultants) as mentors. I met so many great people while I was there. It’s now come full circle. I will be a leader in the program this year.
