What motivated you to become a Student Leadership Consultant (SLC)?
I worked as a Summer Orientation Leader. The SLC position is a highly sought after job on campus. I knew other students who were SLC’s and I wanted to be part of the OSEMA family.

What is one way that you made connections with other students during your first year?
I joined several student organizations and attended many on campus events my first year.

If you could dedicate a full year to working for one social justice cause, what would that cause be? I would work for Teach For America. I believe there should be better education opportunities for inner city children.
