Mind, Body, Me Program

The Office of Recreational Sports is partnered with the Office of Human Resources to develop a health and wellness program based on individual assessment for eligible employees. The goal is to promote your personal health and a culture of health and wellness across the college. The Office of Recreational Sports recommends Tai Chi and Inyengar Yoga classes – faculty and staff only classes that will help energize, exercise, and relax your mind and body. 

The programming offered by the Recreational Sports Office will be continually evaluated and a variety of services will be offered to meet a wide range of our employees’ personal health needs resulting in a positive impact on their health and well-being.
