Personal Training

Personal training sessions are a great way to meet any of your personal fitness goals. Sessions last one hour and are adjusted to fit your schedule. To sign up, please email personaltraining@ithaca.edu.

We offer both individual and partnered session packages:

  • Individual Packages
        - 4 Sessions: $60
        - 7 Sessions: $90
        - 10 Sessions: $110

  • Get Fit With A Friend Packages
        - 4 Sessions: $40/person
        - 7 Sessions: $60/person
        - 10 Sessions: $75/person

All packages include two basic fitness assessments.Cash or check is accepted for payment. Please make checks payable to Ithaca College and bring the money to your first evaluation. You will be matched up with a trainer after this initial assessment.
