Group Exercise
The Office of Recreational Sports tries to keep with the current fitness trends by offering a wide a variety of classes that go beyond the stereotypical "dance aerobics" style.
Almost all of our group exercise classes are free of charge and are open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Our free classes include: BODYPUMP™, TRX® Suspension Training, group cycling, Zumba®, and Aqua Zumba®
During Summer break we offer a pared down schedule, but still offer many of the same classes that are available during the academic year.
During the Fall and Spring Semesters we offer additional specialty classes, which include, Pilates, and Iyengar Yoga for a nominal fee which allows us to bring in high quality outside instructors. Preregistration is required for these classes. Please visit each class type's individual page for cost and sign up information.
