Cardio Crash
This 30 minute class is designed to challenge, motivate, and push you to your limits with a series of high intensity intervals. Cardio Crash will rev up your entire body with alternate intervals of cardio and strength exercises. There will be new exercises introduced every week, so your muscles will never know what is coming next. Get ready! This class is designated ABOVE AVERAGE intensity and difficulty!
