Group Exercise

Dub Sweat

A combination of plyometrics and high intensity interval training. This class will be high energy; incorporating a multitude of unique movements and exercises. Additionally, the exercises will be set to a high energy “dubstep-based” music soundtrack. This class is appropriate for any individuals looking to burn excess fat while toning muscle and building cardiovascular fitness.  This class is designated ABOVE AVERAGE intensity and difficulty!
