Group Exercise

Group fitness classes have been increasing in popularity because they provide a unique fitness opportunity in a motivational  group environment.

The Office of Recreational Sports tries to keep with the current fitness trends by offering a wide a variety of classes that go beyond the stereotypical "dance aerobics" style.

Our strength training, cycling, and aquatics classes are free to all members of the IC community and are available on a drop-in basis.

Our specialty exercise classes, which currently include, pilates, and yoga, have a nominal fee in order to provide high quality instruction. Sign ups are required for these classes. Please visit each class type's individual page for cost and sign up information.
