Power Yoga- Is an athletic and vigorous form of yoga which stretches, aligns, calms the mind and reenergizes the body.  Some yoga experience is helpful, but if you are in good shape and ready to try something new, this class is for you.  It is not a class recommended for those with injuries.

Beginner (Working with Limitations)-Too Tight? Too Sore? Too Injured?  This class will go slowly and gently with explanation and one-on-one guidance.

Yoga for STRESS-This is a class which emphasizes guiding the breath through simple poses to eliminate accumulated stress.

Morning Yoga-Because the body feels tight and unyielding in the morning, the class will move carefully at first and eventually progress into deeper poses.

Beginner-This class is for complete beginners and draws on elements of Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga.
