About Women's Rugby

A member of the Ithaca College Sport Club program since 1995, Renegades Rugby is among the more tenured and accomplished clubs in the program. As a member of the New York State Rugby Conference, the Renegades have competed at the championship level in several divisions and regularly compete against the region’s strongest teams.

Open to all eligible members of the Ithaca College community, the Ithaca College Rugby Club currently holds tryouts for individuals interested in joining the team prior to the start of the season in early September. Tryouts are usually held within the first three weeks of the start of the fall semester and are organized and supervised by the team’s New York State Rugby and USA Rugby certified coach. Roster decisions will be announced prior to the team’s first match and will be at the discretion of the head coach.
