Registration

A registration form for summer 2008 is available for downloading below. Please fill out a separate registration form for each camp you plan to attend. Photocopies are acceptable. One health form may be sent for multiple camps.

Full payment and a completed health form must accompany each registration form and must be received two weeks before the start of camp. Registration forms received after the deadline are accepted on a space-available basis only, by permission of the camp director, and are subject to a $25 late fee.
