The certificate is designed for communication, training or performance improvement professionals with at least 5 years of professional experience who want to develop their management and strategy skills.
Each seminar provides practical tools and guidance in managing strategic communication and performance improvement functions in today's complex and competitive environment.
Seminars are facilitated by faculty and experts affiliated with Ithaca College, providing you with opportunities to consult with leading experts in the field.
Each seminar is a three-week experience requiring 12-15 hours of work each week. Learning activities include readings, participation in online discussions and projects relevant to current work assignments.
The “anytime anywhere" format gives you the flexibility to fit learning activities into your schedule.
Earn 1.5 CEUs (continuing education units) for each seminar you complete. Earn a professional certificate by completing a series of six (6) seminars.
