|Director, Employee and Organizational Development|
As the director of employee and organizational development, Mary Tomaselli enhances organizational effectiveness by addressing individual, department, and team development needs. She designs and implements development opportunities for employees including the nationally recognized LeaderShip program – a leadership development program for administration, staff and academic department chairs.
In addition to her role in human resources, she teaches leadership in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies and consults to a wide variety of organizations with a focus on academic leadership, management and supervisory development including strategic planning, team building, conflict management, and dealing with the human side of change. Her graduate work is in the field of communication, human behavior and leadership development.
