ARTICLE XI

Amendments

  1. Any member of the Ithaca College Student Government Association may propose an amendment to this Constitution.
  2. All proposed amendments must be presented in writing to each member of the Senate at least one (1) week prior to vote to ratify the proposed amendment.
  3. A 2/3 vote in favor of the proposed amendment is required for ratification.
  4. To amend the entire document and endure the existence of the Ithaca College Student Government Association, on motion shall be made abolishing the existing Constitution and establishing the new.
