Registration Fee Cutoff Dates:

Early Registration fees apply for all registrations prior to Jan. 31, 2005. If registering by mail, the registration must be postmarked by Jan. 26, 2005, and received by Jan. 31, 2005.
Late Registration fees apply Feb. 1-16, 2005.
On-site fees apply on or after Feb. 17, 2005.
