Looking for a course that will enhance your knowledge about the positive and negative effects of stress?
Want to find out how to manage your stress, both now and in the future, so that you can achieve at this highest levels?

Consider enrolling in the online course Stress: Its Nature and Management. This online course emphasizes an understanding of the causes of stress, our responses to stress, and what you can do to alleviate stress as well as use it as a tool to enhance your performance. The course uses a personalized approach, and is appropriate for all majors. It is a liberal arts course, and carries an H&S designation SS.

As part of the course, you will have the opportunity to engage in journaling, practice some stress management techniques, and reflect on the role of stress in your life. There are a variety of self-assessment exercises that emphasize theory into practice.

The course is offered on a two-week schedule (Winter or May Intersession) or five-week schedule (Summer Session I or II). This online course is ideal for students who need a flexible schedule, especially for those students who are working or completing an affiliation or an internship. Because the course is online, you can live any place and complete the work on a schedule that is compatible with the other commitments in your life.
