Student Financial Services has relocated to the Peggy Ryan Williams Center. We can now address all issues and provide any information about billing as well as financial aid in one location.

BURSAR is a Latin term meaning "official in charge of funds" or "keeper of the purse."

At Ithaca College, one aspect of the function the Office of Student Financial Services provides billing, payment collection, and servicing for approximately 6,500 student accounts. At our office service windows, students can make payments on, check the status of, or collect credit balance checks from their student accounts. Students can also deposit money into their ID Express debit account at the service windows.

The office distributes monthly and semester account statements: FALL SEMESTER STATEMENTS are mailed in late-July and full payment is due by AUGUST 10; SPRING SEMESTER STATEMENTS are mailed in late November and full payment due by JANUARY 11. Updated student account statements are also sent every month. Other offices or departments may include any charges and/or fines students incur in that department. All statements are sent in the student's name to the permanent billing address on file. Please notify the Office of the Registrar in writing of all address changes.
