Tara Victoria Henry
Tara Victoria Henry is a Journalism major at Ithaca College.
Before joining the class of 2005, Tara attended the University of New Hampshire.
There she wrote often for "The New Hampshire," UNH's student run
newspaper. During her sophomore year, Tara was an RA in a freshman dorm, an
experience that provided her with further leadership as well as life experience.
As exhilerating as UNH was, Tara is extremely happy to have finally gotten
the opportunity to come to Ithaca. Since she has been here, she has been
working hard to graduate on time often taking two or three journalism classes
a semester and writing occasionally for "The Ithacan." Tara hopes
to work for a magazine as a photo-journalist upon graduation. On 23 December,
2003, Tara got engaged to Spc. Travis Fatzinger, a soldier from the First
Cavalry in the United States Army. Their plan is to get married some time
in 2005 after Tara graduates and Travis returns from fighting for freedom
in Iraq.
