All students in Issues in Management will focus on two primary course areas: ‘Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Marketing and Social Media’. (3 credits)
Issues in Management: Entrepreneurship
In the Entrepreneurship course students will explore the basic legal, financial, operational, and marketing aspects of starting a business and how a business plan is developed and utilized. Issues in Management: Marketing and Social Media
In Marketing and Social Media students will explore marketing concepts and strategies and the use of social media marketing sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Kurt Komaromi, Assistant Professor, Marketing and IMC.
