Dance Class

With the majestic fountains beside it and a spectacular view of Cayuga Lake, the Dillingham Center for the Performing Arts is one of Ithaca's most distinctive structures. The building was named for our fourth president, Howard Dillingham, who presided over the College as it relocated to the current campus.

The Dillingham spaces are extremely flexible: Clark Theatre can seat 280 in the round, while Hoerner Theatre presents a 520-seat proscenium-style venue with a Broadway-sized stage.

This variety has allowed for recent performances such as The Full Monty, The Laramie Project, The Last Night
at Ballyhoo, Urinetown: The Musical, A Midsummer Night's Dream,
and our very first production of a student-
written musical, The Count of Monte Cristo. Downstairs dance studios accommodate ballet, jazz, tap, and
modern dance classes.
