• For my career?  I want to become a High School music teacher…I could go on about why but I will save you the story!!  If you really want to hear it you can ask!
• For me in the troupe?   I hope that by being in troupe I can become a better sight-reader, enhance my listening skills, absorb techniques from the older students, and learn a wide repertoire of music.

Goals/Misc: I am looking forward to teaching children music at any age level, and I would particularly love to direct a school band. On campus I’m involved with jazz band, jazz bones, handbell choir, and trombone troupe outside of classes.  I plan to study abroad in Vienna during my senior year. I enjoy playing the piano and baking. I also love having Harry Potter movie marathons.

Goals/Misc: This summer I met last years goal of being able to pay the rent with music.  This year, I want to pay for rent, bills, food, car/health insurance and other incidental expenditures with music, and still have a little left over for myself at the end.
