My presentation requires special technical equipment or software. How do I make sure my room will meet those technical needs?
You will receive an "Audio-Visual and Technical Needs Survey" to inventory specific presenter needs. I.T.S. and Audio-Visual student workers will provide support in each of the rooms the day of the symposium.
