A culminating educational experience will be when you plan and conduct your own teacher inquiry research project to present at our annual conference.
A hallmark of your experience will be the interactions with actual elementary, middle, or high school students in classrooms. Using the best pedagogical practices, you will collaborate with faculty and future colleagues to hone your craft and connect theory with practice in public school classrooms. This will include opportunities to observe, tutor, team-teach, and teach in multiple and diverse settings.
You will graduate a reflective practitioner and action researcher in your own classrooms. We are immensely proud that our education graduates go on to contribute actively to school and community improvement efforts and take leadership roles in our nation’s schools.
