First-year students & undergraduates living in an on-campus residence hall must select from The Residence Plans, and students living in on or off-campus apartments have the option of The Local Plan. Either way, we have a dining package that fits every student's active life at Ithaca College. Meal swipe options campus-wide give our students flexibility, convenience, and more robust dining opportunities.

Retail locations include the Food Court, Ace Sushi, Ithaca Bakery, Towers Eatery, Vida Cafe, Scribe Cafe, Eleven Wall Cafe and Dailies Cafe. All retail dining locations accept Bomber Bucks (which comes with the Unlimited Meal Plan), ID Express, and Credit Cards. All purchases can be pre-ordered through the campus Grubhub App, or at a kiosk location. You will receive a message on your phone when your order is ready for pick up. This service is pick-up only, there is no delivery service available. Walk-up orders are also an option.

You may also contact Student Financial Services at (607) 274-3131, sfs@ithaca.edu, or visit the office on the 2nd floor of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center during business hours, to opt-in for a Voluntary Meal Plan.

Meal Plan swipes can be used in Campus Center Dining Hall and Terrace Dining Hall. Each plan comes with a select number of "Swipe Exchanges" per week that can be used at the following retail locations: Dailies Cafe, Eleven Wall Cafe, Scribe Cafe, and Vida Cafe. Bomber Bucks can be used at all on-campus retail dining locations.

You can start to add more Bomber Bucks this Fall through the GET App. You can manage your account from your computer or GET Mobile for Android | iOS. Bomber Bucks that come with your meal plan will expire at the end of the Fall semester. All Bomber Bucks expire at the end of the academic year. Account balances for "Bomber Bucks Meal Plan" and "Bomber Bucks Extra Deposits" are displayed separately in the GET app so students can keep tabs on their account balances.

Bomber Bucks are tax-exempt and can be used in any on-campus retail dining location. Bomber Bucks allotted in the meal plan must be used within each academic semester. Any additionally purchased Bomber Bucks must be used within the current academic year. Bomber Bucks can be purchased at any time throughout the semester.
ID Express is a debit account opened through Ithaca College and not associated with Dining Services. ID Express can be purchased at any time throughout the semester.
