With the last day of classes for the year approaching, Ithaca College is encouraging its students to celebrate safely and to be good neighbors to their fellow South Hill residents.
In a message sent to students, Vice President for Student Affairs and Campus Life Bonnie Prunty asked them to celebrate responsibly and respectfully.
“If you plan to take part in any end of semester festivities, both sponsored on-campus gatherings and unsanctioned off-campus celebrations, I stress that you please be mindful of your personal well-being and be good neighbors to all the individuals that make up our vibrant Ithaca College and greater South Hill communities,” she wrote. “In particular, I ask that our students pay special attention to abide by all local laws and noise ordinances, and to not trespass or deface any private property in our shared community.”
