- Complete your FAFSA.
- Add authorized payers to your account.
- Set up direct deposit in case of any refund.
- Review health insurance, submit a waiver if applicable.
- Review your meal plan assignment if you’re living off campus or in on-campus apartments (Gardens or Circles) and make adjustments if desired.
- Complete the Outside Resources form if you're receiving any outside scholarships or grants.

Review this list to make sure you have completed all requirements prior to the start of the academic year. All steps must be completed prior to the start of the semester.
For All Students
New Students

- Review and accept your package in Homer Connect.
- Complete Title IV and E-Communications forms in Homer Connect.
- If you’re accepting any offered subsidized and/or unsubsidized loans, complete MPN and Entrance Counseling.
- If you plan on taking a PLUS loan, complete an application and the corresponding MPN and Entrance Counseling.
- If you’ve been offered TAP as part of your aid package, complete a TAP application.

- Review online bill and confirm that the amount is correct.

- Contact your 529 company to have them send funds directly to us, if applicable.
Returning Students
