School of Music
The School of Music is a community of performers, and you’ll find the spotlight in our two dozen ensembles, with stellar faculty members, or in the community as a student teacher. Our spectacular facility includes some 90 practice rooms, three performance spaces, and numerous specialized music rooms, and our outstanding performers-teachers guide your musicianship with their apt experience. You’ll join the ranks of our accomplished alumni -- thoroughly prepared for performing, teaching, and behind-the-scenes positions in the world of music.
Please note: The bachelor of fine arts degree in musical theater is offered through the Department of Theatre Arts in the School of Humanities and Sciences. More information about this performance-based program, which includes study in voice, dance, and acting, is available on the musical theater program page in the School of Humanities and Sciences section.
