I cannot believe I’m entering my last year at Ithaca College. Academically this semester I’m focusing in on some of my favorite parts of the Park School, production classes that allow me to delve deeply into creative projects. This semester, I’m overjoyed to be completing my thesis film and building a cumulative body of photographic work.
Outside of class I’m proud to be back as a producer on After Hours, ICTV’s one and only late-night comedy talk show. I get a lot of inspiration collaborating with our crew and writers to create weekly episodes that we are proud of, and that continually push us to get more creative. I joined the show as an underclassman production assistant. Now as a producer, watching it grow and change over my time here has been wonderful.
This semester, I’m volunteering along with other Park Scholars, gardening at the Ithaca Children’s Garden. I’m rekindling my lifelong passion for books, volunteering at the Ithaca Public Library.
