Beginning my sophomore year at Ithaca, I’m thrilled to continue the work I loved from last year and to embark on some new journeys that I only just got the chance to start.
I started off the year as Vice President of Religious Life for Ithaca Hillel and had the fortune of getting to be involved in the planning of our high holiday services and programming. With more in-person opportunities opening up as opposed to last year, it’s absolutely beautiful getting to watch our Ithaca Jewish community emerge from beyond zoom screens and blossom in person. I cannot wait to see where we can go from here.
This year I’m also continuing to work through Megaphone, creating media for local non-profits, and continuing to write political and social satire for Buzzsaw magazine’s Sawdust section as well as illustrating for them. I’m so very impressed by the collaborative and student-run culture of Ithaca’s ICTV and so I am excited to be joining the crew for ICTV’s After Hours.
