To be considered for any scholarship, you must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The following scholarships are available for students majoring in Recreation Management and Outdoor Adventure Leadership, as indicated. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need (unless noted otherwise).
Brian Truhn '69 Scholarship
Awarded to a student in the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences, Health Promotion and Physical Education, Sport Management and Media, or Recreation and Leisure Studies who plans to pursue a career in coaching.
Who can apply: Rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors
Merton J. '35 and Helen Roberts Scholarship
Awarded to students with demonstrated financial need in the Departments of Exercise and Sport Sciences, Health Promotion and Physical Education, Sport Management and Media, and Recreation and Leisure Studies. Established in memory of Merton J. Roberts by family and friends.
