Become an athletic trainer at one of the nation’s oldest and most-reputable Athletic Training programs. Our 5-year, accelerated Master of Science in Athletic Training prepares you to prevent, evaluate, and treat athletic injuries and illnesses. 

Complete the undergraduate curriculum (B.S.) designed around best practices in medical and health professions education. In your fifth year, finish your athletic training professional education (M.S.), culminating in a fully immersive clinical apprenticeship. Learn in a variety of formats, with classroom and lab work intentionally integrated with supervised clinical experiences. Engage with faculty in clinically meaningful practice and research for professional advancement throughout your academic career. 

The Ithaca College Athletic Training Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). Graduates (M.S.) are eligible to sit for the national Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainer exam.
