My passion for equity, the environment, and health led me to pursue work in the field of public health. I am currently a doctoral student at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health and studying in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences. My particular area of interest is in health equity as it pertains to climate adaptation, mitigation, and resilience strategies. I also have considerable experience in program administration, grants management and reporting, program development and implementation, academic and career counseling, and strategic planning.
