Elective Recital Recording Request Form

• This form is for non-academic live performance audio recording requests, occurring within:
  • Ford Hall
  • Hockett Family Recital Hall
  • Nabenhauer Recital Room
  • Iger Lecture Hall
  • Dillingham Hoerner Theatre
• The total fee is $65 for a standard 1 x hour performance
  • The Audio File Order is included with the recording fee (video services are NOT available)
    • Please ensure a Concert Program has been created / submitted via ProBuilder
• Before submitting this form:
