What events and opportunities at Ithaca College focus on multicultural issues?

Just to give you an idea, dozens of educators, scholars, filmmakers, writers, activists, and performers visit our campus every year. The Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs sponsors or cosponsors more than 50 educational, social, and cultural events as well. The Center for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity and the Department of Anthropology have developed exciting minors in a number of topics, including African Diaspora Studies, Latino/a Studies, and Native American Studies.

If you like to live and learn in the same place, then the HOME (Housing Offering a Multicultural Experience) program might be for you. This academically based, multicultural residence hall program is a great living option for students interested in learning more about multicultural issues or preparing to study abroad.
